Our holster designs have come about largely by trial and error. We try a new design or feature, and if it works, we keep it. What you see here are the designs that were worth keeping. Some combinations of features have worked so well for so many people that they earned a name of their own.

Each holster is still made to order, and can be had in any of the available colors, in both right and left-handed, and you can pick and choose features to add to any holster. As always, every holster is hand made and hand stitched.

Because the holsters are made custom, we don't generally have any in stock at any given moment (although some of our more common designs are stocked at On Target located near St. Louis). If you don't see what you like, just ask - it is custom, after all.

The Karl Holster

The Folder Holster

This tuckable holster has, as one customer said, "all the tactical bells and whistles." It features a steel reinforced mouth and sweat flap for easy reholstering, steel reinforced tuckable belt loops with snaps, a closed muzzle end, and more.

The Folder is so named because the body of the holster is made from a single piece of leather, folded over. It's simple, stable, and sturdy. It works great for blocky guns like the Glock or XD.

The Megan Magnum Holster

The Mike Magnum Holster

This holster, designed for a woman by a woman, is made to be worn in the front around 1 or 2 o'clock and rides lower than a normal holster. Women's hips can make a standard men's holster uncomfortable, and this is one woman's solution to many women's problem.

The Mike Magnum is a more masculine version of the Megan Magnum. It's made to be worn over either appendix - strong side or crossdraw. It rides high, with a steel reinforced mouth placed above the belt line for comfort. Makes the perfect holster for riding in the car.

On the Waistband (OWB) Holsters

The Slim Jim Holster

A holster worn on the belt, outside the waistband. Sturdy and stylish. For hunting, open carry, or to conceal under a coat. Great for showing off exotic skins like shark, stingray - or whatever you request.

The Slim Jim is, well, slim. Ideal for flat guns like the PPK or even a 1911. It lacks the rigidity of a reinforced mouth, but its comfort and concealability are enhanced.
