The Megan Magnum rides a bit lower, and fits into the hollow of the hip near the appendix, at about the 1 or 2 o'clock position. It sits low enough to be easily drawn, but high enough not to poke the thighs when sitting. The gun rides completely vertical - this angle is to maximize comfort, and the holster was designed around this location and position of the gun. (If the gun was tilted forward, it would be uncomfortable to wear and difficult to draw - if the gun was tilted rearward, the holster would be unstable. If you don't want to wear the gun at 1 o'clock, or you don't want it vertical, another design would be more comfortable and more stable.) | |
